Service and Usage Agreement

1. Introduction

This Service and Usage Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between GITC and the client ("Client") for the provision of hosting services. By engaging in services with GITC, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Services Provided

GITC provides premium hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting, data storage, and web domain management. GITC agrees to maintain a high standard of performance and security for the services offered.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Use GITC's services lawfully and responsibly.
• Ensure that content hosted on GITC servers does not infringe on any intellectual property rights or violate any laws.
• Comply with GITC's Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits the hosting of harmful, illegal, or offensive material.

4. Service Availability

GITC endeavors to provide 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or other interruptions will be communicated to the Client in advance whenever possible.

5. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the services provided within the terms specified in the invoice. Non-payment within [## days, e.g., 15 days] of the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Data Backup and Security

While GITC implements security measures and regular backups, the Client is responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of data. GITC does not guarantee data recovery in cases of data loss.

7. Limitations of Liability

GITC shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage to the Client’s data.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of GITC services.
• Issues resulting from unauthorized access or third-party activities.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice. GITC reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches this Agreement or engages in prohibited activities.

9. Amendments

GITC may update this Agreement with prior notice to the Client. Continued use of GITC’s services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
